AARP California Endorses Proposition 89

The AARP of California has endorsed Proposition 89.

This meaningfully addresses the current campaign finance rules that skew the political agenda away from ordinary citizens and toward major campaign contributors, severely limit the pool of candidates for office, and leave the electorate feeling disengaged, powerless, and cynical.

Previous endorsers have included the California Alliance for Retired Americans, the Congress of California Seniors, the Gray Panthers of California, and the Senior Action Network.
